Visiting a lavender farm. 123 Farm located within the historic property now known as Highland Springs Ranch & Inn, which dates back to 1884 when it was established first as a stagecoach stop and later developed into a health resort in the late 1920s.

Each summer, 123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn celebrates the beginning of lavender harvest season by hosting the annual Lavender Festival.
